Report Submission Instructions
Please place a separate order for each individual client.
You may include up to 10 additional scan reports per client in a single order.
After You Place Your Order
You’ll be prompted to complete a form to upload your Qest4 PDF scans.
Detailed instructions will be provided on how to properly save and export your reports from Qest4 to ensure accuracy.
Turnaround Time
Please allow 24 - 72 hours business hours from the time of submission to receive your completed reports.
For first-time clients, allow up to 96 hours to create and apply your custom white-labeled report header.
